Having practiced yoga since 2006, I further deepened my yoga journey studying under world-renowned yogi Meghan Currie. Her training consisted of a focus based in the practice and teachings of anusara yoga, the philosophy of which states that life is a gift that we are invited to remember and celebrate in our yoga practice. Anusara means “flowing with grace,” or “going with the flow.” The five principles of anusara yoga including opening to grace, engaging muscular energy, inner and outer energy spirals, balancing them both to create dynamic alignment, and opening organic energy. The combination of these principles supports sustained strength and flexibility.

The integration of mind, breath, and body open us to our own inner greatness. Allowing yourself to peel back layers in order to heighten consciousness on your mat and in life.

Tiffany is certified under Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and is able to guide safe and effective yoga practices in vinyasa, “flow,” hatha, and anusara yoga.
